Susan Tabor Rosofsky of Escondido, CA, formerly of Baltimore, MD passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 73. Susan was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, a gifted artist and a truly compassionate soul who loved working with shelter animals. She is survived by her husband, Alan Rosofsky, daughter Lisa (Jamie) Mosberg, daughter-in-law Stacy Stern, siblings Merle Tabor Stern, Neil (Deni) Tabor and Gary (Raina Plowright) Tabor and grandchildren Bali Mosberg, Cruise Mosberg, Sawyer Stern and Sayla Stern. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Norma (Harvey) Galin, her previous husband Linas Stern, mother-in-law Helen Stern and stepson Michael Rosofsky. She was predeceased by her son Steven Michael Stern, stepson Glenn Rosofsky and parents Daniel and Hannah Tabor.
