Sybil Plovan, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021, at the age of 83. She is survived by her sons, Bradley Plovan (Faye Feldman) and Stuart (Rebecca) Plovan; brother, Joseph (Susan) Closic; and grandchildren, Francesca, Sophie, Steven and Emily Plovan. Sybil was predeceased by her beloved husband, Dr. Steven Plovan; and parents, Benjamin and Jennie Closic.
