Sylvia Jean Sacks, 102, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021. She is survived by her children, Robert (Cheryl) Sacks, Stuart Sacks, and Mindy Sacks. Sylvia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jerome J. Sacks, siblings, Percy Brill, Fannie Saunders, Sarah Paley, and Molly Katzen, and her parents Dora and Samuel Brill.
