Obituary for Valerie Binder (Freeland)
Valerie F. Binder (nee Freeland), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Monday, May 1st, 2023 at the age of 90. She is survived by her daughter, Joanne (Philip) Tulkoff; brother, Charles (Beverly) Freeland; and grandchildren, Hannah Tulkoff (Nick Gorbitz) and Josh Tulkoff. She was predeceased by her husband, Mayer Joseph Binder and son, Robert Binder.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Interment Baltimore Hebrew Berryman's Lane Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions may be sent to, Unlimited Learning Center, P.O. Box 1273, Cortez, CO 81321, or Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, 7401 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21208. The family will be in mourning at 4025 Chariots Flight Way, Ellicott City, MD 21043, Wednesday, immediately following interment with services at 7pm, and at 2209 W Rogers Ave, Apt 325, Baltimore, MD 21209, Thursday & Friday from 1pm - 5pm.
