William Douglas Hicks, of Sykesville, MD, passed away on Monday, August 22nd, 2022 at the age of 82. He is survived by his children, Roxanna (Craig) Pollack, Heather (Matt) Cole, Jenifer Flynn, and Kayla (Corey) Smith, his siblings, Donald Edwin Hicks, Nancy Jo Hare, and Theresa Feliciano, his grandchildren, Jordana Pollack, Zachary Pollack (Rebecca Leisner), and Gabrielle Pollack (Josh Seguenza), Roby Flynn, Malorie Flynn, Jake Cole, Molli Cole, and Barrett Smith, his cousins, Cheryl and Cody Grooms, and many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Ruth Eileen Hicks; parents, Roxie and Roby Hicks, and his siblings, Johnnie Byron Hicks and Sandra Ann Engles.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel 8900 Reisterstown Road Pikesville, MD 21208, on Friday, August 26th, 2022 at 2:30 pm. Interment will be private. Please omit flowers.
