What a special lady. She always made me laugh. She never forgot to ask about all of my kids especially my daughter Lindsay. She adored her children and grandchildren and spoke about them whenever I saw her. She had a lot of spunk. She will be missed.

Dear Leighton & Leland,
So sorry to hear about Zelma. She was very intelligent woman. In addition, Zelma was the prettiest co-ed at George Washington University from 1946-1950. I was there and so was Bernie.

Our visits to Autumn Ridge will not be the same without Zelma. We have enjoyed seeing our moms reunited after working together decades ago and the companionship they created these past few years. We will all miss her spirited presence and zipping through the hallways. The entire Hendler family extends our deepest sympathy.
