Obituary

Alan Lawrence Epstein born in New York, New York, grew up in Pikesville, Maryland and lived in Atlanta, Georgia passed away on May 15, 2021. Alan is survived by his loving wife Pam, daughters, Nina and Carly, parents, Marsha and predeceased by his father Victor, brothers; Darren with his wife Iris and children Ariel, Alexa and Brendan, and Robert with his wife Robin and children Shelby and Logan. Alan’s grandparents were Sol and Bessie Tokar and George and Sylvia Epstein.

Anyone who met Alan knew he was one of a kind, with the biggest heart and soul and loved by all of his family and friends. He has a remarkable marriage to Pam Epstein- with the kind of love we all wish we could have. He is a loving father to his fabulous daughters Nina Samantha and Carly Brooke, both of whom he cherished everyday. Alan always gave of himself donating his time to various charities for leukemia and cancer treatments. Alan always smiled, laughed and enjoyed everyday he spent on this earth.

Our family is heartbroken by the sudden loss of such a warm and loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle and friend.
We hope anyone who has ever met Alan remembers him, his endearing personality and most importantly we hope you celebrate his life. May his memory be for a blessing.

Services will be held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dearest Pam, Marsha, Darren and Robert and the entire family,
Our heartfelt condolences on this tragic loss. Alan held a special place in my heart as he was the first nephew and babysitting job in Queens, but unfortunately I kept feeding him bottles. He also had a fabulous Bar Mitzvah which will stay in my mind forever. He will be sorely missed. To Nina and Carly , your father was a great man, always smiling and caring for everyone.

Alan was a wonderful "kid" and a very nice man. He will be missed by all but hopefully the memories of his great personality and love of family and friends will ease the pain.
